Product Description

Product Application

1.Filling measurement is accurate. Heating time is stable and adjustable. Sealed tail looks pretty and neat and the trimming is very even.
2.This machine has stable performance and work without any noise and pollution.
3.We manual put the soft tube into the tube feeding box, The machine will auto go into the tube base. Next station is with auto eye-marking system, auto filling and auto sealing.
4.Filling position auto checks if there is tubes. It will filling when it detects tubes. No filling when no tube which will avoid wrong filling. The filling is droved by cylinder and the filling capacity and accuracy is controlled by cylinder route.
